Flan Coco Caramel. Set aside to cool and harden. Make the caramel: Place the sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Brush down crystals on the side of the pan with additional water as necessary.
Make the Caramel: In a medium nonstick saucepan over medium-high heat, add sugar and glucose syrup; cook until the sugar begins to melt.
Add the flan mixture to the bundt pan where you already added the caramel. Ajouter l'extrait de vanille liquide et bien battre le tout. Place piece of rolled up foil in tube of pan to prevent cake from baking over top.
